Paul Bollen

Paul Bollen is a seasoned Director with a profound depth of experience in legal practice, focusing on corporate law and business advisory services. With a strong reputation for negotiating complex transactions, Paul provides strategic legal advice across diverse industries, helping shape the legal landscape through his involvement in several landmark cases. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from Macquarie University, his career spans various facets of law including property law, commercial and business law, estate planning, and retirement village development. Currently, Paul serves as the Director at East Coast Law, practising in property, commercial, and estate planning law, with a particular focus on retirement village development. Since 2009, he has also been the owner of East Coast Conveyancing, where he has concentrated his efforts on providing comprehensive conveyancing services in the Greater Newcastle Area. Previously, Paul was a Director at Stacks The Law Firm in Port Macquarie, where he honed his expertise in property development, specifically focusing on residential and rural subdivisions, and the construction of strata projects. His career began with establishing his own legal practice in Port Macquarie in 1984, which he ran for nearly two decades. Paul’s educational foundation was laid at St Pius X College in Chatswood, where he completed his Higher School Certificate.
