Lindsay Hall

Senior Associate Lindsay Hall has been an integral part of Files Stibbe Lawyers since 2013, leading the Family Law and Criminal Law departments. Admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and relocating to Queensland in 2000, Lindsay honed his legal skills on the Sunshine Coast before settling on Bribie Island. His diverse legal background spans Business and Commercial matters, Property Law, Estate Planning and Administration, alongside Criminal and Traffic Law. Currently, Lindsay focuses primarily on Family Law and Criminal Law, drawing from his extensive experience in areas such as Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Directives, and neighbourhood disputes. Lindsay excels in negotiating resolutions, utilising mediation and Family Dispute Resolution to offer clients pragmatic advice aimed at resolving complex issues with minimal conflict. He prioritises fair outcomes in property settlements and child-focused parenting arrangements, striving to reduce legal costs and alleviate associated stress.
