Clare Farmer

Clare Farmer serves as the Legal Practitioner Director and has built a robust legal career since 2011, working alongside her business partner, James. Together, they launched their own firm in 2024 after practising together at another local firm. Clare's academic journey began in Brisbane, where she completed degrees in Law and Biomedical Science. Her career path later brought her to Rockhampton, where she enjoys life on a cattle property with her husband and three daughters. Her early professional experiences include working as an Associate in the District Court in Brisbane, a role that offered her rare insights into judicial decision-making and the intricacies of court processes. This experience underpins her strategic, practical, and well-informed approach to legal practice. Clare's upbringing on her family's sheep property, coupled with her current rural lifestyle, has provided her with a unique perspective and a practical understanding that benefits her clients. Clare is deeply empathetic, particularly in matters of family law, where she draws from personal understanding of the emotional difficulties parents face during separation and transition. This empathy informs her compassionate and thoughtful approach to legal practice. While Clare's expertise spans several areas, including Wills and Estates and Property Law, her primary focus remains Family Law.
