Carla Franchina is the dedicated Associate Director at FLP Legal, where she brings over a decade of experience in family law, specialising in complex property and financial matters, as well as intricate parenting issues. Carla began her legal journey in Brisbane with Hartley Healy, advancing from administrative roles to practising solicitor following her admission in 2013. Her career has included significant roles at esteemed family law firms, honing a well-rounded approach recognised through numerous industry accolades for her leadership as a young legal professional. Having completed Mediation and Collaborative Practice training, Carla joined Family Law Planning in 2021 at the invitation of Joe, her former colleague, to develop a client-centric practice. Her approach is characterised by empathy, proactivity, and tactical insight, aiming to empower clients as they navigate the complexities of family law. She is committed to resolving matters expediently and cost-effectively, prioritising amicable solutions. Carla's comprehensive expertise spans all areas of family law, including complex property settlements, financial agreements, spousal maintenance, and matters related to de facto relationships. She adeptly handles parenting cases involving relocation, child support agreements, divorce, domestic violence, third-party interventions, and international family law issues.
