Madeline McNamara

Madeline was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Forensic Science and a Bachelor of Laws and has practised exclusively in family law since her admission. Before commencing practice as a solicitor, Madeline worked as a Law Clerk in the family law team. This experience has allowed her to refine her attention to detail and gain practical insight into the family law system, laying a strong foundation for her current work with clients. Madeline regularly advises and represents clients across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce applications, property settlements, parenting disputes, and child support matters.
