Rad Gajic

Rad Gajic is the Principal Lawyer and founder of Gajic Lawyers, established in Cabramatta in 1985. Rad's dedication has always been to prioritise client needs, ensuring that the firm remains focussed on obtaining the best possible outcomes for those seeking compensation. His journey in law began in 1983 after graduating from the University of Sydney with a degree in Economics and Law. He then gained invaluable experience working in the Tax Law division of a prestigious accounting firm and various suburban law firms in Berala and Fairfield. This early exposure to the intersection of law and real-life challenges inspired Rad to launch his own practice. On 8 July 1985, Rad started Gajic Lawyers with a vision and minimal resources, operating from a two-room office with just one secretary. The firm's notable success in handling compensation cases led to significant expansion, culminating in the opening of a second office in Parramatta in 2012. Today, Gajic Lawyers boasts a team of over 30 professionals, including solicitors, paralegals, and support staff. The firm is strategically sized to manage compensation claims of all scales while maintaining a personal connection with its clients.
