Cristian Apolloni

Cristian Apolloni is a Partner at Gamble Law & Estate Planning, where he leads the Commercial and Corporate division. Returning to his hometown of Wollongong in January 2024 after over six years at a nationally recognised mid-tier law firm in Melbourne, Cristian brings a comprehensive and practical approach to legal advice. With extensive experience across commercial and corporate law, Cristian supports a diverse range of clients across various industries. He is recognised for his ability to pair legal expertise with a genuine focus on client success, helping businesses navigate complex transactions and growth challenges. His services encompass mergers and acquisitions, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements, business structuring and restructuring, along with commercial contracts. Cristian also advises on commercial, industrial, and retail leasing matters, property transactions, and intellectual property protection including trademarks. He provides guidance on corporate governance, business succession planning, and the development of privacy policies and terms of use. He holds a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law from Monash University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance (Distinction) from the University of Wollongong, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Outside the office, Cristian enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as beach outings, golf, and running the Blue Mile.
