Gary Rolfe is the Principal Solicitor with over 44 years of distinguished experience as both a Solicitor and Barrister in Queensland and the Northern Territory. His legal acumen is particularly noteworthy in family law, where he serves as an Independent Children’s Lawyer, representing the interests of children in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court. Gary is also a Separate Representative in child protection proceedings within the Children’s Court, reinforcing his dedication to advocating for children in complex situations. In addition to his significant family law expertise, Gary provides skilled representation in criminal law, domestic violence, and child safety matters.
