Gavin Mills

Gavin Mills, the Practice Director at GC Law, has built an impressive career since beginning as an Articled Clerk in 1986. He earned his Law Degree from Queensland University of Technology in 1992, the same year he was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the High Court of Australia. In 2003, he achieved recognition as a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist. Gavin has been acknowledged multiple times in the Doyles Guide as a recommended Work Injury Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) in Queensland, notably in the years 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2025. Additionally, he was recognised as a Recommended Public Liability Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff) in 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025, reflecting his dedication and expertise in these areas. His leadership at GC Law has spanned over 14 years, where he has been pivotal in guiding the firm from its location at Robina Town Centre, Queensland. Prior to this, Gavin was a partner at Attwood Marshall Lawyers on the Gold Coast for 25 years, where he honed his skills and contributed significantly to the firm's success. His extensive experience and dedication to client service underscore his prominent role in the legal community.
