Mark Flint

Mark Flint stands as one of Canberra's most experienced legal advisors, boasting over 25 years of extensive expertise in the legal realm. He has collaborated with some of Canberra's prominent commercial property owners and developers, gaining a robust understanding of planning, development, construction, commercial leasing, and intellectual property. Mark's distinguished career includes serving as a Commonwealth prosecutor with a focus on tax and corporations law and a partnership at Mills Oakley. He was a key legal advisor to All Homes Pty Ltd from its inception in 2000 until its sale to Fairfax Media in 2014. Currently, Mark serves as General Counsel at Geocon, where he applies his deep-seated knowledge and practical skills to tackle legal challenges for a dynamic and burgeoning local business. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Honours) from the Australian National University.
