Hector Menendez

Hector Menendez serves as the Managing Director of H+A Legal, a firm he established in 2013 with a vision to deliver practical and business-focused legal solutions. With a strong foundation in business law, Hector excels in dispute resolution, litigation, business structuring, incorporation, and trust advisory. His expertise extends to reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing strategic commercial advice, and guiding entrepreneurs through business transactions. Hector represents clients in commercial and estate proceedings across various courts, including the Federal and Supreme Courts. Before founding H+A Legal, Hector enhanced his corporate acumen during a cadetship at DHL Express, a multinational firm, and then moved into private practice with leading global law firms, specialising in commercial disputes and transactions. Admitted to practice in multiple courts in 2008, Hector is also an active member of the Law Society of New South Wales. His legal journey includes roles as a solicitor with YPOL Pty Limited, focusing on commercial and insurance litigation, and a paralegal with Freehills, where he was involved in commercial litigation. Hector's academic credentials feature a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) from Western Sydney University, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of both legal and economic principles.
