Hui Yin Ong

Hui Yin Ong is a dedicated Senior Associate practising part-time in Family Law at Hassall’s Litigation Services. Since commencing her practice in family law in 2010, Hui has delivered clear, practical, and compassionate advice to a diverse clientele, addressing complex matters such as parenting arrangements, property division, and family violence issues. Her expertise also extends to child support, spousal maintenance, divorce, wills, and powers of attorney. Hui holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is admitted to practise in Victoria. With over 15 years of experience, she is committed to providing informed and supportive legal guidance, ensuring her clients feel understood and confident throughout their legal proceedings.
