Nicole Woods

Nicole Woods, a distinguished Senior Associate, holds dual degrees in Laws and Science (Psychology) from the University of Western Australia. Admitted to practice in 2000, she has garnered extensive experience in both large multinational and boutique firms across Perth and Sydney. Her primary focus has been on general commercial litigation. Since joining the Leeuwin team in 2015, Nicole has dedicated her practice to contentious estate matters, including Family Provision Act claims, proof of Will proceedings, and trusts litigation. She is also a regular presence in the State Administrative Tribunal, representing clients in Guardianship and Administration matters. Beyond her legal career, Nicole is passionate about coaching and playing netball.
