Paul Haynes

Paul Haynes serves as a Director at Haynes Leeuwin and brings a wealth of legal experience from his distinguished career. After moving to Perth in 1994, following years of practice in the United Kingdom, Paul has established a robust reputation in the legal community. His qualifications include being named a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1975 and his admission as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1978. Following his move to Australia, he was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of Western Australia in 1995, and of the High Court of Australia in 1996. Paul has dedicated many years to the meticulous preparation of Wills and has been integral in numerous cases concerning the proving of Wills and dealing with the complexities of intestacy, where no Will is present. He is adept at prosecuting and defending actions related to contesting Wills and claims on estates, appearing in various courts including the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Beyond his professional life, Paul is passionate about reading and cherishes quality time with his five granddaughters.
