Glenn consistently represented major corporations, high net worth individuals, as well as small businesses and families. In 1992, he was accredited as a Specialist in Business Law by the Law Institute of Victoria. His keen interest in mediation is reflected in his accreditation by LEADER in alternate dispute resolution, making him a prominent figure in resolving commercial and business disputes. Transitioning to the role of in-house counsel, Glenn served as General Counsel for an Australasian finance company, where he managed complex issues in employment law, commercial agreements, and litigation. In 2007, Glenn and his family moved from Melbourne to Lakes Entrance, acquiring the practice from John Hibbert. His clientele includes local families and businesses, along with clients based in Melbourne and interstate. With a client relationship spanning over 20 years, he often receives referrals from accountants and professional advisors, highlighting his reputation and trustworthiness.
