Amanda Haydon

Amanda Haydon was admitted to practice law in 2001 and has developed a diverse legal background, initially gaining experience in insurance litigation, family law, deceased estates, and conveyancing. Since 2007, Amanda has focused her practice on family law, bringing many years of experience to matters involving separation and divorce, property settlements, and children’s issues. In addition to her family law work, Amanda provides advice on estate planning, including drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianships. She also assists Executors throughout the process of estate administration and in resolving contested estate matters.
