Hayley Hewitt is the Principal at Hitch Advisory, leading the Property team with a focus on corporate and commercial law, commercial property law, mergers and acquisitions, and the childcare industry. She provides expert advice to a diverse range of clients, including Australia's largest travel retailers, childcare operators, and property developers. Hayley's vast experience encompasses commercial transactions and property-related dealings such as the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, development projects, and both commercial and retail leasing. Hayley is known for her practical, down-to-earth approach, prioritising strong relationships with clients to fully understand and achieve their legal objectives. Her career, spanning since 2012, includes positions at Nolan Lawyers and Harris Freidman Lawyers, where she honed her skills across various matters like commercial leasing, building and construction disputes, and drafting commercial agreements. Outside her professional commitments, Hayley enjoys spending time at the beach, socialising, and being with her young family. Her focus on clear communication and negotiation ensures successful outcomes for her clients. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.
