Jack Robertson

As the Principal at Hitch, Jack Robertson is at the forefront of their Mergers & Acquisitions team, expertly guiding a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. His profound expertise in corporate and commercial law is particularly prominent in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, where he provides strategic advice that resonates with the commercial imperatives of his clients. Jack's tenure with Hitch has seen him progress through roles of increasing responsibility, including Special Counsel and Senior Associate, ultimately leading to his current position from July 2025. Before joining Hitch, Jack honed his skills at Clinch Long Woodbridge, where he worked as an Associate and Solicitor, aiding in various legal matters over nearly five years. His foundational legal career began as a Paralegal and later as a Student Law Clerk at the Kingsford Legal Centre, experiences that cemented his dedication to the legal profession. Jack's academic background is equally impressive, with dual degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance) from UNSW, completed in 2019. Not only is he a formidable legal mind, but outside of his professional life, Jack enjoys scuba diving, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
