Richard’s clientele is diverse, ranging from high net worth families to medium-scale businesses. He has played a critical role in numerous notable projects across the Gold Coast. His work includes involvement in the development of Imperial Surf Apartments, the Peninsular Gold Coast Apartments, and the Burleigh Heads Residential Tower. He has also been pivotal in the redevelopment of significant sites such as the Bayview Shores Apartments and the Surfers Paradise Bowls Club facility. Richard has advised on substantial commercial assets, facilitating leasing arrangements for landlords with prominent wholesaling and retailing tenancies. His expertise extends to the hospitality sector, where he has managed strategic acquisitions, including hotel licences, for boutique breweries and establishments in both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Additionally, he has directed the acquisition and sale of major development sites, underscoring his comprehensive capabilities in the legal landscape.
