Elisabeth Roeland

Elisabeth Roeland is a dedicated solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and an active member of both the Queensland Law Society and the Sunshine Coast Law Association. Beginning her legal journey in Rockhampton in 2014 as an administrative assistant at a criminal law firm, Elisabeth has steadily built a robust career. Returning to the Sunshine Coast in 2017, she embraced the challenges of balancing full-time work, part-time studies, and solo parenting with remarkable skill. Her legal experience encompasses several key areas. Initially focusing on Wills and Estates and Family Law, Elisabeth found her niche in Civil Litigation and Disputes as a Law Graduate in 2021. Her commitment and proficiency led her to join Horizon Legal Group in late 2023, where she now heads the Estate Administration team, specialising in Estate Litigation and Civil Disputes. Elisabeth's professional journey has been marked by diverse roles, including her tenure as a solicitor with Lember And Williams Solicitors in Caboolture and Klein Legal in Birtinya. Her earlier roles include Legal Secretary positions at Pippa Colman & Associates and Butler McDermott Lawyers, providing a strong foundation in Wills and Estates. With a comprehensive education from CQUniversity, culminating in a Bachelor of Laws, and further refined by Professional Legal Training at The College of Law Australia, Elisabeth offers clients insightful and effective representation in complex legal matters.
