Erica Horsfield serves as the Principal at Horsfield & Associates. She founded the firm after gaining extensive experience with various legal practices in both city and suburban settings in Melbourne. Before qualifying in law, Erica garnered a wealth of commercial experience working with prominent organisations, including the big four accounting firms, and served as Assistant Company Secretary for two public companies. This diverse background has equipped her with a robust understanding of both commercial and legal landscapes. In addition to her professional commitments, Erica is a dedicated mother of three energetic boys and actively participates in community activities, junior soccer, and Little Athletics. Her past involvement in sports includes playing netball at a State representative level, demonstrating her commitment to teamwork and discipline. Her practice encompasses a range of areas including Administrative Law, Child Protection/Children's Law, Conveyancing, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Wills and Estates.
