James Harding

James Harding serves as the Legal Practice Director and Notary Public at Harding Property Law, a firm he founded in 2022 with a mission to offer practical and commercially minded legal services across Queensland. Since his admission as a solicitor in 2013, James has amassed 12 years of experience, particularly in Property Law and Conveyancing. He is celebrated for his role as a trusted adviser, providing clear and relatable communication, which demystifies complex legal issues for his clients. This approach ensures clients feel well-informed and supported throughout their transactions. James's professional ethos is rooted in prioritising the client and maintaining ethical practices, a philosophy he extends to his work as a Notary Public—a position he earned after a competitive two-year process, being commissioned by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
