Sheila Woods serves as the Managing Director of Interstaff International, a leading migration agency based in the Greater Perth Area. With over 10 years in her current role, Sheila has been instrumental in providing trusted immigration advice and visa services across Australia and internationally. Her career commenced in the not-for-profit sector, where she became a Registered Migration Agent in 2005 while working with Australian Visa & Migration Services. Her exceptional management skills led to her swift promotion to Immigration Manager, overseeing one of the largest teams of Registered Migration Agents in Western Australia. Sheila played a pivotal role in the management buy-out of Interstaff, transitioning the company into a private entity and significantly contributing to its growth. She applied her expertise to complex corporate migration projects, particularly in the oil, gas, and resources industries, and handled intricate legal casework involving Migration Tribunal appeals and visa cancellations. From 2014 to 2023, Sheila was also the Managing Director of Immigracious, a boutique firm dedicated to simplifying complex migration issues for businesses and individuals. Her hands-on approach ensured personalised service and exceptional customer experience. Sheila's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in History from the University of Western Australia, where she focused her thesis on Australia's post-war immigration history. She further pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law and holds a Certificate III in Applied Language in Chinese (Mandarin), evidencing her commitment to broadening her linguistic and legal skills for effective client communication and service.
