Praneel Bhela is the Principal Solicitor and Founder of Impact Legal, bringing nearly a decade of legal experience to his practice. He refined his skills internationally in Sweden and India, pursuing a keen interest in sustainability. Upon returning to Australia, Praneel's ambition and love for community led him to establish Impact Legal, where he serves as the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for clients. Known for delivering expert advice with genuine kindness, Praneel is dedicated to understanding clients’ unique situations and guiding them through the conveyance process. Praneel's career includes directing Impact Legal, a firm renowned for its community engagement and practical solutions for businesses. The firm excels in helping both new and operational businesses through strategic legal services, ensuring they connect with the right elements for success both locally and globally. Before founding Impact Legal, Praneel was a Director on the Board of Deadly Inspired Youths Doing Good, an organisation aimed at empowering young people to initiate impactful projects. His international experience includes working as Legal Counsel for Urban Systems in Sweden, focusing on sustainable real estate developments, and Maax Group in Melbourne, where he handled joint ventures and legal compliance. Praneel's foundational legal experience was gained at Bottoms English Lawyers in Cairns. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. Outside of his professional life, Praneel is an avid outdoor enthusiast, often hiking the largest mountains in Far North Queensland, Tasmania, and New Zealand, always eager to catch the sunrise from the peaks.
