Her passion for helping clients, ranging from individuals and small enterprises to large national corporations and industry associations, shines through in her ability to craft practical, commercially viable solutions. Emma's career commenced at one of Brisbane's prominent law firms, where she honed her skills across a spectrum of areas including corporate advisory, commercial law, employment law, litigation, and intellectual property. Her commitment extended beyond legal practice as she contributed to the Indigenous Lawyers Association (Qld) as a board member, reflecting her dedication to the profession and community. With extensive experience in employment law, Emma is adept at guiding her industry association clients through the complexities of workplace relations. She possesses a nuanced understanding of various industry sectors, having advised and supported clients on workplace rights and obligations for over six years. Emma's professional journey includes a leadership role at Industry Legal Group since 2015, where she continues to lead and mentor her team. Prior to this, she served as a Workplace Relations Consultant with McIlroy IR Group and gained substantial experience at Gadens Lawyers. Her academic credentials from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from QUT underpin her distinguished career.
