

Wendy Chen is the esteemed founder of ILC and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002. Over her 17-year career in law, she has accumulated extensive experience across various areas, including Immigration Law, Administrative Law, Family Law, Equity, Property Law, and Wills & Probate Law. Wendy's practice involves litigation across multiple courts such as the AAT, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Supreme Court, District Court, and Local Court. Before her admission as a solicitor, Wendy honed her skills and acquired valuable insights while working for a decade as a paralegal at various law firms. This foundational experience has been instrumental in shaping her legal acumen and understanding of running a legal practice. In addition to her legal credentials, Wendy qualified as a migration agent in 2000 and has been practising Migration Law since. Her personal journey from P. R. China, combined with her ability to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, equips her with a unique perspective and empathy towards clients seeking migration advice. Wendy was appointed as a Notary Public in 2006 and is particularly passionate about engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
