Rebecca is highly regarded for her strategic litigation skills and has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for addressing human rights, discrimination, bullying, and harassment in the workforce. Her expertise in work health and safety is often sought after during safety incidents and investigations, providing strategic guidance in response to regulatory actions such as improvement and prohibition notices.
