Emphasising the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of mediation, I advocate for beginning the process early in separation to mitigate expenses, delays, and stress. In my practice, each mediation begins with separate pre-mediation sessions for the parties involved, followed by one or more joint sessions. I value the significant role lawyers play in family law matters and am adept at conducting mediations with or without their presence. My goal is to assist clients in reaching agreements that can be documented as Parenting Plans or formalised through Consent Orders or Binding Financial Agreements. As a Registered Dispute Resolution Provider, I am qualified to issue Section 60I certificates when necessary, further supporting families in reaching constructive outcomes.
