Simon Leske

Simon Leske is a Partner and Director at Kindra Migration Lawyers, which he co-founded. Since beginning his practice in migration law in 2009, Simon has developed extensive experience across all facets of this area, with a particular focus on complex matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, protection visas and visa cancellations. Prior to establishing Kindra Migration Lawyers, he spent six years working at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, gaining valuable insight into refugee law and support services. Simon holds accreditation as a Law Institute of Victoria specialist in Immigration Law and contributes to the profession as a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Refugee Law Reform Committee.
