Leon McPaul was admitted to practice law at just 20 years of age. Since that time, he has built considerable experience in Wills and Deceased Estates, Family Law and General Litigation. Beginning his career in Queensland, Leon is admitted to practise in both Queensland and Victoria and has worked across multiple jurisdictions, including New South Wales and Tasmania. Leon initially undertook Legal Aid work, which has shaped his commitment to providing practical and cost-effective legal advice. He appears regularly in a range of courts across State and Federal jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. At KPA Lawyers, Leon leads the Wills and Estates division, assisting clients from diverse backgrounds with all their estate planning requirements. His work ranges from straightforward matters to advising high net wealth individuals. He also maintains an active practice in probate, estate administration, trusts and family law.
