Philip Laity

Philip Laity serves as the Managing Director at Laity Morrow, where he is renowned for offering strategic commercial legal advice and expertly handling the negotiation and drafting of complex contractual agreements. Philip possesses extensive expertise in corporate and project financing, property and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, and government projects. His role frequently involves advising on the structuring and funding of various projects and business enterprises, which includes preparing and negotiating strategic agreements among key stakeholders. With a career spanning several industries, Philip's experience is broad and diverse. He has worked across sectors such as defence, electricity, gas, water, steel, rail, health, biotechnology, entertainment, and higher education. His ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and valuable manner sets him apart as a highly effective practitioner. Before his current role, Philip was a partner at Johnson Winter & Slattery, where he worked for nearly 17 years, honing his skills and broadening his industry knowledge. Philip is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and holds a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge.
