Since joining the firm in 2013, he has become an integral part of their legal team. Before his tenure at Landerer & Company, Michael served as Special Counsel in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Minter Ellison, following a successful period as a partner in the Corporate Advisory Group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Michael possesses extensive proficiency in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and securing shareholder and regulatory approvals. His deep understanding of the Corporations Act, company law, and ASX Listing Rules significantly benefits his clients. Michael's areas of expertise span banking and finance, corporate M&A, foreign investment, privacy and technology, wills, estates, and succession planning.
