Natalie Markovski

Natalie Markovski is the Head of Disputes and Litigation at Law Squared, where she leverages her extensive experience in commercial litigation, focusing on debt and asset recovery, insurance, and insolvency. Known for her adeptness in both contested and uncontested debt recovery, Natalie primarily represents mercantile agents, SMEs, owners corporations, insurance companies, and financial providers. Her approach is both commercial and strategic, emphasising proactive dispute resolution. With a robust understanding of various jurisdictions, including New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and the federal courts, Natalie is well-equipped to manage complex legal challenges. Her career has seen her hold significant positions at prestigious firms such as Ligeti Partners and SLF Lawyers, where she cultivated her skills in commercial and civil litigation, insolvency, and alternative dispute resolution. Natalie was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2008, following her tertiary studies at Western Sydney University. Her legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Business (Management), a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law in Commercial Litigation. Outside her legal career, Natalie is dedicated to raising her twin daughters and enjoys attending concerts and spending time with her family and friends.
