

Hayden Legro serves as the Principal at Hayden Legro Lawyers, based in Melton. Having commenced his legal journey with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, followed by theological studies at Catholic Theological College, his career spans over three decades since being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1991. His early career included senior roles such as heading the Launceston Office of Lander & Rogers. In 2002, Hayden took a bold step by acquiring McIntosh Solicitors, rebranding it to Hayden Legro Lawyers two years later. His expertise covers a wide array of legal fields including business and finance law, family law, estate administration, wills, powers of attorney, criminal law, civil and building litigation, and compensation claims. Throughout his career, Hayden has maintained a strong commitment to social justice and community service, evident in his volunteer work at various legal centres and his tenure as a board member at the Launceston Community Legal Centre. His leadership extends beyond law as shown by his roles with Djerriwarrh Health Services and several educational boards. Hayden has also made significant contributions to Reclink Australia, serving in various capacities including as Director and as Chair for the Reclink Galbally Charity Football Cup, raising substantial funds for the organisation. Hayden balances his professional life with personal passions, which include being an avid supporter of the Richmond Football Club and participating in the Tigers-at-Law Group. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, indulging in bushwalking, gardening, and tennis during his leisure hours.
