Paula Leslie

Paula Leslie is the Principal of Leslie Family Law and has dedicated her career exclusively to family law since her admission to practice in 2001. She gained extensive experience working with some of Melbourne’s foremost family law firms, where she held positions as Senior Associate and Special Counsel. Drawing on this depth of experience, Paula founded Leslie Family Law in 2019, establishing a boutique practice focused on family law matters. In 2024, the practice expanded to Launceston, reflecting its growing reach. Paula is deeply committed to protecting the best interests of children in family law proceedings. She prioritises ensuring children are safeguarded from harm while also having meaningful relationships with all significant individuals in their lives. As a skilled litigator, Paula advocates vigorously for her clients’ rights but also emphasises the importance of resolving disputes efficiently and amicably whenever possible. With over 20 years of experience, Paula provides effective leadership to her dedicated team. Paula is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and serves on the Victoria Legal Aid Independent Children’s Lawyer Panel.
