Ping Gangur

Ping Gangur is the Co-founder and Principal Lawyer of Level Playing Field Lawyers, where she combines her extensive legal knowledge with practical experience as a Registered Builder. Admitted to practice in 2010, Ping has been navigating the legal intricacies of the construction industry since 2012, drawing from her family's structural steel business involvement in major construction projects. Her firm, established in 2017, provides comprehensive legal services tailored to the building and construction sector, advising on contract negotiations, compliance, litigation, and dispute resolution. Notably, she has guided projects like the Westgate Tunnel and the North-East Link, securing successful outcomes under the Security of Payment Act. Her contributions to the field were recognised when she received the Partner of the Year Award for construction and infrastructure in 2024. Beyond her legal practice, Ping co-founded Clawz, a platform that automates contract compliance for subcontractors and builders, enhancing efficiency and risk management. As a Managing Director of Blue Cube Developments, she leads townhouse and apartment projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and compliance. Her leadership has seen projects featured on Renovate or Rebuild. Ping’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
