Elizabeth Saddozai

Elizabeth Saddozai, known as Liz, was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in October 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Justice, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. Early in her career, Liz gained significant experience in the aged care and disability sectors, working with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. During her tenure there, she was instrumental in statutory interpretation, risk assessment, and compliance, contributing to the protection of older Australians within complex legislative frameworks. Liz also worked with Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia, where she supported individuals in understanding their rights. This role highlighted her ability to convey legal concepts clearly, empowering clients to make informed choices. Through these experiences, Liz developed a profound appreciation for the human elements behind legal issues, especially concerning vulnerability, family dynamics, and long-term planning. Currently, Liz is a dedicated lawyer with Little Estate Lawyers in Brisbane. She manages matters from initial enquiry through to resolution, providing strategic advice in estate planning, administration, and litigation. Her work is characterised by a focus on clarity and client-centred solutions, aligned with the firm's emphasis on wills, probate, and contested estates.
