

Patrick See is a partner at Lloyd & Lloyd Solicitors, where he adeptly guides clients through their legal challenges by providing comprehensive advice on complex issues. With a focus on commercial law and litigation, Patrick assists his commercial clients with transactions, joint ventures, finance and structuring of investments, as well as intellectual property and licensing arrangements. Admitted to practice in 1986, he became a member of the NSW Bar Association in 1994 and has since appeared as counsel in notable cases before the High Court of Australia, among other key commercial jurisdictions. As a Costs Assessor for the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Patrick also serves as an Accredited Independent Lawyer for the supervision of Anton Piller Orders in both the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. His commitment to delivering high quality, cost-effective legal services ensures that his clients receive the meticulous attention they need for their legal matters. Beginning his career as a self-employed barrister at the Sydney Bar, Patrick spent over a decade in private practice in New South Wales before joining Lloyd & Lloyd.
