Stephen Dunn

Stephen Dunn is the founding Director of Madisons Lawyers, established in 1993 with the aim of assisting clients to resolve legal matters efficiently and decisively. With more than 34 years of experience, Stephen’s practice encompasses insolvency and restructuring, dispute resolution, and litigation. He adopts a direct and strategic approach, focusing on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions that enable clients to move forward from their legal challenges. Stephen was admitted to legal practice in 1986 and has worked with several reputable firms, including Madgwicks, Maddock Lonie and Chisholm, and RP Baylor & Co, before founding Madisons. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA), and the Manningham Business Network. Additionally, Stephen holds qualifications as an Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioner, reflecting his commitment to resolving disputes through collaborative processes where appropriate.
