John Roccisano

John Roccisano has been practising law since his admission in 1995, bringing extensive experience across a range of legal areas. His practice encompasses property law, business and commercial law, conveyancing, leasing, business succession, estate planning, estate claims, estate disputes, wills, and probate. John holds a Bachelor of Arts (1991) and a Bachelor of Law (1994). Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of businesses, franchising arrangements, agreements to lease and leasing negotiations with national tenants, property sales and acquisitions, drafting of commercial agreements, and property development projects. In addition to his legal expertise, John’s ability to speak Italian supports the diverse needs of Mildura’s multicultural community, enhancing communication and service for his clients.
