Rebecca Bailey serves as a Senior Associate at Maxwell & Lancaster Solicitors, offering her expertise in Conveyancing and Property Law. Since joining the firm in October 2021 after relocating from Far North Queensland, Rebecca has been an essential resource for clients, applying her extensive background in various fields. Her legal journey began in 2003, practising in areas such as Insurance, WorkCover, Personal Injuries, CTP Claims, Commercial Law, Debt Recovery, and General Litigation and Advice in Brisbane. With 30 years' experience in managing regional family businesses, along with being a small business owner, Rebecca brings a practical approach to business-related enquiries. She assists clients with Business purchases and sales, Leasing, Debt Recovery, and the drafting of Agreements, among other issues affecting Small Businesses and Incorporated Associations. Rebecca's commitment to client satisfaction is evident as she ensures clients are fully informed, providing thorough and honest legal advice tailored to practical outcomes. An alumna of Bond University, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and gained admission as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005. Outside of her legal career, Rebecca is deeply engaged in her community, actively participating in local sporting events, including refereeing basketball in Warwick and Toowoomba, as well as at the Basketball Queensland State Championships.
