Her comprehensive experience includes handling property acquisitions and disposals in both commercial and residential sectors, conducting property due diligence, and managing subdivisions, including developments under Community Titles Schemes from small to large-scale projects. Kerri is also adept in development structures, joint ventures, and development agreements, offering general commercial advice, leasing solutions, body corporate advisory services, and estate administration, including structuring wills and powers of attorney. Kerri earned her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.
