Jay Fergus

Jay Fergus is a solicitor with experience across commercial, property and estate law. He joined the firm as an articled clerk in 2021 and was admitted to practice in 2022. Jay holds a double Bachelor of Laws and Criminology and completed an internship at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre in Frankston. His work encompasses preparing and reviewing contracts of sale, Section 32 Statements, leases and licences, as well as retirement village contracts and mortgage and guarantee documentation. Jay also regularly contributes to the firm’s work on business sales, commercial transactions, litigation matters, probate and estate administration.
