Kathy Qiu is the founding Principal of McQiu Lawyers, where she has cultivated a distinguished career in law since completing her Master of Law and Legal Practice in 2005. Her diverse expertise spans property, corporate, commercial, family, and migration law. Under her leadership, the firm has achieved significant growth, a testament to Kathy's professionalism and dedication. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hainanese, she is well-equipped to represent a broad range of clients. Kathy has appeared on behalf of clients in various courts, including the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Her collaborative efforts include co-operation agreements with major law firms in Hainan, extending her practice across both Australia and China. An accredited Notary Public, she offers notarisation services and other official acts. Kathy is qualified to appear in the Supreme Court and High Court of the Commonwealth of Australia, boasting over 15 years of legal experience.
