Prior to founding MTC Legal, Lang served as a commercial property lawyer at Cornwalls and Dandanis & Associates. She demonstrated leadership in lease administration at Vicinity Centres and Westfield Ltd, emphasising effective negotiation and document management to meet client needs. Lang's earlier experience at IBM Australia involved a legal practical training stint, assisting in high-stakes negotiations and drafting legal templates.
