Emma Watt

Emma Watt serves as a Senior Associate at our firm, bringing a robust foundation of legal expertise to the litigation and disputes team. Admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in March 2020, Emma embarked on her legal journey in 2019 as a tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Price AO, then Chief Judge of the District Court of NSW. This role provided her with crucial insights into court processes and judicial decision-making, which continue to inform her strategic approach today. Since becoming a litigator in 2021, Emma has amassed considerable experience across an extensive range of legal disciplines, including commercial litigation, real property, building and construction law, franchising, defamation, and family law. Her ability to navigate complex disputes has been proven in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Victoria, where she consistently exhibits expertise, adaptability, and strategic acumen. Emma tackles each case with analytical precision and a strategic mindset, ensuring her clients are supported with empathy and compassion throughout the litigation process.
