Anthony Presutto serves as the Director of the Commercial and Business Law Department, bringing a wealth of expertise to the role. With extensive experience across all Victorian Courts and VCAT, he focuses primarily on the domains of Commercial and Business Law, covering Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Anthony is renowned for his meticulous approach and deep technical knowledge, ensuring that clients’ business and corporate requirements are thoroughly addressed. Whether navigating the complexities of buying or selling a business, negotiating lease renewals, or resolving disputes, Anthony’s aim is to optimise outcomes for his clients. He is adept at helping clients identify potential pitfalls in deals, while also highlighting opportunities for commercial gain, always prioritising their success. Anthony’s legal journey with Mackinnon Jacobs Lawyers began in 2010, and he has since risen to the role of Partner, a position he has held since 2018. Admitted to practice in 2012, Anthony holds both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University and is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria. His legal career began as a trainee at Mackinnon Jacobs Horton & Irving, laying a strong foundation for his subsequent accomplishments.
