Helen Quade

Helen Quade is a solicitor whose dedication to people and community is the cornerstone of her rural legal practice. Her expertise in rural succession and estate planning, property transactions, and renewable energy projects is deeply rooted in her farming background and diverse legal experience. Helen's ability to navigate the complexities of rural transactions and the challenges faced by rural families is enhanced by her personal and professional insights. Helen graduated with bachelor degrees in law and commerce from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Since her qualification in 2000, she has amassed a wealth of experience practicing in Queenstown, London, and Sydney. Her admissions to the High Court of New Zealand, the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and the Supreme Court of New South Wales reflect her broad legal capabilities. In 2010, Helen and her husband Graham, a local to Trundle, moved to the area to farm near Fifield. Her commitment to her legal career was reignited at Moore & Co in October 2017, where she assumed leadership of the practice from Louise in 2022. Beyond her professional life, Helen is a parent to three children and owner of two dogs. Despite her busy schedule, she maintains a genuine enthusiasm for discussing tax matters.
