Cathie Peters is a Senior Associate at Mortimore & Associates, where she has been an esteemed team member for over a decade. Based on the Gold Coast for most of her life, Cathie completed her Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, and was admitted to practice in February 2009. Her journey into law began with over 20 years of experience in legal secretarial and paralegal roles, providing her with a robust understanding of legal matters. Cathie's extensive experience spans a variety of areas in law. She focuses predominantly on retail and commercial leasing, commercial property acquisitions and sales, business acquisitions and sales, as well as property development projects. Her work in property development includes contracts, easements, and body corporate requirements. In addition, Cathie is proficient in property law and conveyancing, and she handles easements and plan amalgamations with ease.
