Chris Studach is the Director of MSJA Lawyers and brings over 15 years of exclusive practice in property law, specialising in the acquisition, disposal, and development of properties across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use. His extensive experience in leasing allows him to adeptly represent both landlords and tenants throughout most Australian states, handling all asset classes with proficiency. Chris caters to a diverse clientele, including developers, landlords managing substantial commercial, retail, and industrial portfolios, property trusts, publicly listed companies, statutory authorities, and private clients with real estate interests particularly in Queensland. Chris is committed to delivering advisory services that focus on achieving the most commercial, direct, and cost-effective outcomes for his clients, regardless of the complexity involved. His active participation in both commercial and residential property development projects enhances his understanding of client needs, allowing him to provide insightful and practical legal solutions. Prior to his current role, Chris was a Partner at Russells, where he honed his skills in managing significant retail, commercial, residential, and industrial acquisitions and developments. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Queensland University of Technology and attended Anglican Church Grammar School.
